How to install JivoChat on Zyro
In this tutorial we will show you how to install the chat in your website created on Zyro. You will be able to install it in less than 30 seconds, the chat window will be shown in your website so you can engage with your customers.
Login to your zyro dashboard. Go to "your websites", hover the mouse over the website you need to connect and click on the "settings" option.
In the following page, please select "Integrations" from the left side menu. Search the custom code menu and paste the JivoChat script there. Please check this link in order to find it in your account.
Now just click on save changes to apply the code:
¡Done! Now you will be able to see the chat widget in your website.
All design settings, omnichannels and agent's settings can be found in our JIvoChat app..
Continue in the same menu from your Zyro panel so you can see the chat online and running on your website.
Click on Edit website→ preview→ update website
That is all! This is how the chat widget will be shown on your Zyro website!
Now you can answer your chats from the JivoChat app!
