How to set up your email signature in JivoChat
You can answer emails and offline messages from the JivoChat app. Our business messenger allows you to answer multiple channels from the same JivoChat app.
In this tutorial we will show you how to set up a signature for your emails and offline messages answered from the JivoChat app.
First, log in to JivoChat Desktop app or our JivoChat web app.
Go to "Manage"-> "My profile".
Scroll down until the end and look for the "Signature" field.
You can type your signature text in the box and it will be saved automatically. Please notice that only text signatures are supported.
That is all! Your signature will be shown at the end of your emails and offline messages when you answer them from our JivoChat app.
